Hello, my name is Alejandro Leon, I’m a New York based visual artist. Born and raised, I was always around a camera or old VHS camera due to my mother. She subconsciously would enjoy to capture moments and family. I believe she is my muse for being drawn to the wonders of photography.
I started out with street photography, got into landscapes, cityscape, then portraits, street and editorial-style concepts, with the core of my photography grounded in the same things that started me out—artistic curiosity, community, and the collaborative process that always yields unique results.
